SUBSUME Joins Studio B at Biltmore Innovation Center to Expand Atlanta’s Creative Technology Ecosystem
Founded by Dedren Snead, SUBSUME brings a multidisciplinary studio focused on art, technology, culture, gaming, animation, virtual production, education, and civic innovation to Tech Square.
ATLANTA, GA, June 9, 2026 — SUBSUME, a creative technology studio founded by Dedren Snead, has joined Studio B, the 11th-floor coworking and dedicated office community located inside Biltmore Innovation Center in Atlanta’s Tech Square.
Operating at the intersection of art, technology, and culture, SUBSUME brings together creative and technical disciplines to build new models for storytelling, education, entertainment, and civic innovation. The studio’s move into Studio B positions SUBSUME within one of Atlanta’s most active innovation corridors, near Georgia Tech and surrounded by startups, technologists, creatives, entrepreneurs, and emerging companies.
For Snead, the move is both practical and intentional. Studio B offers SUBSUME a physical home base for building creative technology projects, developing partnerships, and connecting with the broader ecosystem forming inside Biltmore Innovation Center.
“SUBSUME sits in the space between art, tech, and culture,” said Dedren Snead, Founder of SUBSUME. “Atlanta has always been fluent in creativity and technology. Being here at Studio B inside Biltmore Innovation Center gives us the opportunity to build, collaborate, and contribute to that language from the heart of Tech Square.”
SUBSUME is currently working across several active project areas, including gaming, animation, virtual production, robotics, creative education, global learning models, and civic technology. The studio is also developing programming designed to bring young people, creators, technologists, and community leaders into the creative technology conversation.
One early example of the value of SUBSUME’s Studio B presence is its collaboration with nearby partner, Provost Studios. Through proximity inside the building, the two entities are working together on an emerging entertainment and education pipeline, combining creative production, real-time collaboration, and learning opportunities.
“Part of the power of being here is the ability to look around the building and see collaborators, not just neighbors,” said Snead. “There is so much talent in Atlanta, and we want SUBSUME to help bring that talent into a consistent space where people can make things, share ideas, and build what comes next.”
In addition to its production-focused work, SUBSUME plans to continue developing community-centered programming, including meetups, learning experiences, and civic innovation initiatives. These efforts reflect the studio’s broader mission to make creative technology more accessible, collaborative, and connected to Atlanta’s future.
Located inside Biltmore Innovation Center, Studio B provides SUBSUME with access to a growing community of founders, startups, venture partners, creative professionals, and technology-focused organizations. The move gives SUBSUME a strategic base in Tech Square as the studio continues building across entertainment, education, and innovation.
