  • Ready Suites are fully furnished, move-in ready office suites designed for companies that want private office space without waiting on a traditional office buildout.

  • Each suite includes a different layout mix of private offices, open desk areas, conference rooms, kitchenettes and storage, and reception or seating. Floor 9 Ready Suites also includes access to a shared common area with a kitchenette, gathering space, and private restrooms.

  • The Ready Suites are ideal for startups, growing companies, satellite teams, innovation-focused businesses, and teams moving out of coworking into a more private office environment.

  • Yes. The Ready Suites are fully furnished and designed to support a faster move-in timeline for teams that need office space in Midtown Atlanta and want to be in close proximity to everything Tech Square has to offer.
