Studio B Expands with Phase II, Adding New Workspace and Meeting Capacity
Studio B. is growing. Following its initial launch in Fall 2025, Studio B quickly outgrew its initial space.
The expansion responds to early demand from companies seeking a flexible entry point into Tech Square. It is well suited for early-stage startups as well as more established teams looking to collaborate with the broader ecosystem.
Phase II of the coworking and office space on the 11th floor of the Biltmore Innovation Center, is now complete. The expansion adds private offices, additional coworking areas, phone booths, the Skywave Boardroom, and a shared kitchen.
“Phase II of Studio B is a beautiful new addition to the startup and small business community, and it’s easy to see why the Biltmore Innovation Center itself is growing at such a quick pace,” says Chris Fix, Studio B’s Community and Operations Manager. “This is an amazing place to be connected with other founders, not only within the Biltmore, but across Tech Square.”
The added space further positions Studio B as a landing point for early-stage companies and collaborators working across Tech Square, supported by its proximity to Georgia Tech, corporate partners, and the broader innovation network.
The Skywave Boardroom
A key addition in Phase II is the Skywave Boardroom, a newly built meeting space designed to accommodate larger groups of up to 25 people.
The boardroom is available to both Studio B members and the broader community. Booking is open to all and offers a centralized space in Tech Square for team meetings, workshops, and presentations without requiring a coworking membership.
With Phase II complete, Studio B continues to build on its original premise: a flexible, accessible workspace embedded within Atlanta’s most concentrated innovation district.
