Introducing Studio B.

Fresh off Georgia Tech’s announcement of its new Biltmore Innovation Center initiative, the Tech Square ecosystem is about to gain another new space for strategic landing parties, tech founders, and their service providers. Tech Square ATL is proud to announce the upcoming opening of "Studio B.," a short-term office and coworking space situated on the top floor of the historic Biltmore, located in the heart of Tech Square. More than just office space, Studio B. offers a flexible and economical entry point into the 1M+ square feet Tech Square innovation ecosystem that hosts the innovative work of thousands of individuals representing hundreds of companies and institutions, large and small.

The name "Studio B." nods to the building’s rich history. Once home to Atlanta’s WSB radio station, the Biltmore has long symbolized creativity and communication. Today, the space honors that legacy while embracing the future of innovation. It blends the Biltmore's history with the spirit of progress. It embodies the core themes of a disruptor’s journey—building, broadcasting, and bold ambitions—while providing a dynamic environment for growth and creativity.

Studio B. meets the unique needs of the technology community. With flexible leasing, coworking spaces, high-speed internet, and inclusion in the Tech Square ATL network, it fosters a collaborative environment where strategics, researchers, and founders can focus on building ideas, technologies, and companies.

“We wanted to create more than just a place to work. Studio B. is a space where disruptors can experiment, collaborate, and thrive,” says Julie Pierre, Biltmore’s full-time Innovation Ecosystem Relationship Manager. “With its location in the heart of Tech Square and its deep ties to the Biltmore’s legacy, Studio B. is poised to become a cornerstone of Atlanta’s growing tech community.”

Studio B. is opening soon, and Tech Square ATL is ready to welcome the next wave of Atlantans looking to redefine the future.
