Dave Watson Brings a Taste of Japan to the Biltmore
Studio B has a new tenant: Dave Watson, founder of Wattage Curry. Watson spent time working in Japan, where he fell for the country's traditional comfort foods and kept coming back to one question: why isn't Japanese curry, or “karei-raisu”, popular here? Now he's building the answer in Tech Square, where his concept was recently accepted into the Georgia Tech Food & Beverage Accelerator’s Incubator program.
